Don’t get weighed down by a big crush

It’s easy to get stuck longing for one person in high school. A major crush can capture our hearts for our entire high school career in some cases. But the more caught up in that unattainable one person you are the more you’re closing yourself off to other possibilities.

Try something new

If you haven’t been finding dates in your comfort zone it’s time to break out and see what else (and who else) is out there. Getting out there and doing something different increases the number of new people you’ll meet and makes you more interesting (a totally attractive quality to females).

Improve you

If you start a few things to make yourself even more awesome the confidence you build along the way becomes a magnet to others (as long as you don’t get cocky). Whether it’s buckling down and learning another language, getting fit, or flossing more frequently, feeling good about self-improvement will energize you in pursuit of someone for you.

Talk to more girls

Putting yourself out there more often could lead to all sorts of things. You’ll get comfortable and loose any lingering awkwardness in interactions with the opposite sex as well as meet a number of different women that could become something more. A lot of matchmaking happens between girls and if you’re a casual acquaintance with multiple girls your network of potential partners explodes.
